Albert Meyer Carlisle, 77 of Winchester VA, passed away peacefully at Blue Ridge Hospice on Sunday September 10, 2017. He was born and raised in Leesburg VA. He is survived by his wife of 48 years Sarah Carlisle and his two adult children April Carlisle and Jason Carlisle both of Winchester VA.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Friday September 15, 2017 from 12 pm to 1 pm at Colonial Funeral Home of Leesburg VA followed by funeral services from 1 pm to 2 pm . Burial services will be at Union Cemetery in Leesburg VA. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions would be appreciated.
