Albert Billingsley Smith, Jr. of Annandale, Virginia passed away on December 28, 2011. Mr. Smith was 93 years old. Born in Washington, D.C., he was the son of Albert Billingsley Smith, Sr. and Dorothy (Lightfoot) Smith. He was a hairdresser by trade. A graveside service was held.
