Allen R. Phillips' Obituary
Allen R. Phillips of Ocala, Florida and formerly of Leesburg, Virginia and Charleston, West Virginia, passed away on December 10, 2008.
Mr. Phillips was a Guard with the Department of Prisons and served as a Sergeant with the U. S. Army.
Mr. Phillips was predeceased by his wife, Dorothy Turner Phillips. Survivors include his children; Petra Flinchum, Sybil Moore, Karen Scully and Carl Davis. Also surviving are his sisters Radie and Blanche Reed.
Family and friends may call on Thursday, December 18, 2008 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services will follow the visitation starting at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the American Cancer Society, 124 Park Street SE, Vienna, VA, 22180.
