Arline P. Brennan passed away peacefully in Leesburg, Virginia, on July 15, 2025, at the age of 93.

She is lovingly survived by her son, Tom Brennan and his wife, Mary Ellen; daughters, Pat Kyle and Jeanne Brennan; and her sister, Carol Moore. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Richard Brennan and her daughter, Carolyn Brennan. Arline was a proud grandmother to eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

A dedicated member of her community, Arline was an honorary member of the Ladies Board of Inova Loudon Hospital and volunteered for over thirty years at Twice Is Nice in Leesburg. Her warmth, generosity, and service touched the lives of many.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, July 26 at 12:15 pm at Colonial Funeral Home of Leesburg, with the family to receive friends and guests beginning at 11:30 am. A private family graveside service will be held immediately afterwards at Union Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Lights of Love , a year-round program offering a meaningful way to honor or remember loved ones, celebrate special occasions, or simply say thank you. Each light can be donated for $10 or more, with all proceeds supporting The Ladies Board's annual nursing scholarships. Honorees' and donors' names are entered in the Book of Remembrance at Inova Loudoun Hospital's Lansdowne campus, where the Lights of Love tree is illuminated each winter in their tribute.
