Barbara C. Kondracki, of Ashburn VA, passed away peacefully on June 15, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Edward J. Kondracki, mother of Carol (John Kerins), of Vienna VA; Maryanne (John Sparks) of Warrenton VA; and Christopher (Susanna) of Great Falls VA.  Also survived by six grandchildren:  Colleen and Jack Kerins, Andrew and Michael Sparks, and Kendall and Alice Kondracki; she is also survived by her brother Peter Caruso (Irene). Bobbi had been battling several health issues during the last year.

Bobbi was born and raised in Elizabeth, NJ, September 25, 1932 to Jacques Caruso and Genevieve Pienciak.  She obtained her BA in early childhood education from New Jersey's Teachers College. She moved to Virginia with her husband in 1958 where together they raised their family in Annandale and Great Falls. Her passions for gardening, bridge playing, and church and community involvement allowed her to develop and enjoy deep and lasting friendships. She devoted a great amount of time to charities and was once the President of the local American Heart Association.

Visitation will be Tuesday, June 26 from 6-8pm at Colonial Funeral Home, 201 Edwards Ferry Road NE, Leesburg, VA.  A funeral Mass will be held at St. Theresa's Catholic Church, 21371 St. Theresa Lane, Ashburn, VA 20147 Wednesday June 27 at 10:00 am.   She will be reunited with her husband and Interned at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
