Barbara (Morton) Krupa, February 14, 1932 – January 25, 2022

Barbara Krupa passed to eternal rest January 25, 2022 following several years battling poor health. She grew up in Niagara County, New York where she married her husband Walter Krupa, an aeronautic engineer. The couple lived in Niagara County NY, Winston Salem NC, and Vienna VA where they lived for more than 40 years, raising their son James. Barbara worked as a computer programmer for the government of Fairfax County VA. After retiring they moved to Camden TN. Barbara was an active member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and enjoyed crafts, crocheting, reading, and genealogy research. She recently moved to an assisted living facility in Leesburg VA to be close to family. Barbara was predeceased by her husband Walter and son James. She is survived by grandsons Jason and Eric, their mother Elsa, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Barbara will be greatly missed by all who had the good fortune to experience her kindness, generosity and radiant smile.

The family will have a viewing on February 1st, 11am, at Colonial Funeral Home located at 201 Edwards Ferry Rd NE, Leesburg, VA. A Service will be held afterwards at 12pm. In lieu of flowers, you can donate to St. Joseph's Indian School - Barbara often donated to this charity.
