Obituary
Becky Lynn Zimmerman, 58, passed away on February 7, 2009. She was a long time resident of Paeonian Springs, Virginia.
She was born on August 31, 1950 in Iowa. Becky was one of four girls. She was born to the late Leon D. Zimmerman and Patricia (McDaniel) Zimmerman.
Upon her retirement from Loudoun County Public Schools, she was a teacher at the Sterling Middle School in Sterling, Virginia. After retirement she spent many pleasured hours working among the beautiful flowers in her yard. This love of flowers led her to a job working at Southern States.
Besides her love of flowers, she adored animals. Becky was the proud owner of her ponies, chickens and cats along with her faithful companion; a dog she called "Girl".
Becky enjoyed going out with her many friends to have fun. One of those being the Charles Town Racetrack.
Becky was a special person who was loved and cherished by her family and many friends. She will be truly missed but dearly remembered each time another story is shared.
A memorial service will be held at a later time.
