Mrs. Bethel Bishop Boss, age 91, formerly of Las Vegas, Nevada and Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, January 28, 2011 at her home in Ashburn, Virginia. Mrs. Boss was the daughter of the late Otis Bishop and Pearl Beck Bishop of Rensselaer, Indiana. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Las Vegas, Nevada.
She was predeceased by her husband of 48 years, Jack; two brothers: Willard and John Bishop, and three sisters: Edith Allen, Madge George and Nina DeLoatch.
Survivors include her sister, Pat Fellman of Las Vegas, Nevada; one daughter: Jane Caverly (Mark) of Ashburn, Virginia; one grandson: Doug Caverly of Lexington, Kentucky; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 6 at Colonial Funeral Home, 201 Edwards Ferry Road, NE, Leesburg, Virginia at 2 p.m. Burial will take place at Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky at a later date.
