Obituary
Betty G. Banks, 86, of Leesburg, Virginia, died at her residence on Wednesday, June 25, 2008. Betty was born in Anna, Ohio on December 22, 1921 to her parents Rhine and Ruby Fogt.
She is survived by her loving husband, James R. Banks of Leesburg, and her son James R. Banks, Jr. of Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Mrs. Banks is also survived by two grandchildren Vanessa Banks of Atlanta, Georgia and Jason Banks of Alexandria, Virginia; and, three brothers, Jack, Norman and Larry Fogt. Betty was predeceased by her three sisters Jane, Leila and Katy.
Family and friends may call on Tuesday, July 1, 2008 from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at the funeral home, where funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM. Pastor Thomas A. Prinz will officiate the service. Interment Union Cemetery, Leesburg, VA.
