Beverly Rose Smith, born in Mecca, Indiana on November 13 ^th , 1938 to George and Vivian Douglas, passed away peacefully Sunday, March 20, 2022. Beverly was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a kind, loving and compassionate woman who selflessly dedicated her life to caring for the wellbeing of others; her family and friends above all else. Those who knew her recognized the warm and gentle spirit she commanded.

Beverly was proceeded in death by her father, mother, and sister Barbara Douglas. She leaves behind her sister Sandra Barrios, brother Bill Douglas, son Christopher Michael Smith, daughter Dawn Hope Phillips married to son-in-law Richard Phillips, granddaughters Priscilla Brianne Jasper, Rachelle Anastasia and Samantha Rose Phillips, and great grandchildren Stefen Richard Gamarra and Ember Rain Jasper.

Beverly is now at peace in the presence of our Lord, Jesus. She will be missed deeply by her family and everyone who knew and loved her in this life.
