Lovely little lady, Cameron McKinley Carter, said goodbye on February 21, 2012. Cameron was born to her very proud parents Tom and Renee (Rawls) Carter on November 21, 1997 in Libertyville, Illinois. Although she will be dearly missed, her memories will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends. In her honor, a memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 24, 2012 starting at 11:00 a.m. at the Grace Covenant Church, 4600 Brookfield Corp. Drive, Chantilly, VA 20151.
