Carol Jean (Rupert) Roberson of Leesburg, Virginia, born September 28, 1939, in Johnstown, PA departed this life June 8, 2025.

Preceded in death by first husband Roy M. Eppley and daughter Susan Dianne (Eppley) Wenger, by parents Edwin C. Rupert and Josephine "Dolly" (Kostura) Rupert and by sisters Dorothy M. Miller, Mary Ann Ferg and brothers Dwayne, Edwin Jr., and Manson Michael Rupert.

Survived by her husband Joel William "Bill" Roberson of Leesburg, VA., by daughter Sandra Eppley, by granddaughters Megan Hussey and Jessica Wenger, and grandson Ryan Eppley, also survived by her son in law Richard Wenger, by her brother Rev. Edward W. "Jack" Rupert and by six great grandchildren.

Carol was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.  She had a strong love for and faith in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  She was an extremely talented Seamstress, a gifted artist who enjoyed life and loved people.  She will be sadly missed.

A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Colonial Funeral Home of Leesburg, 201 Edwards Ferry Rd., NE., Leesburg, VA  20176
