On Monday July 15th 2019 at 1:45 in the afternoon Mom got tired of dancing with Mr.
Alzheimers and politely excused herself and left the room. It had been a long, slow dance
but she made sure the end of it was blessedly short and quick.

Mom leaves behind her on the dance floor her sons Rory and Bryant, her daughters
Lynne and Tracy, her grandkids Breylin and Haden, Kyle and Kasey, Chase and Parker
and Lane, and her beloved sisters Marsha and Lois.

Mom's Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday July 19th 2019 at Colonial
Funeral Home in Leesburg, VA at 11:00AM and will be followed up with a get together at
Mom's home in Fairfax, VA at 4:00PM.

Mom will be laid to rest atop her deceased granddaughter Rachel Ann Newland.
Throughout a long, happy life seemingly unremarkable, Mom accomplished remarkable
feats for her loved ones, and etched remarkable memories in all of us.

We were lucky to have her as long as we did before Mr. Alzheimers swept her up into his
arms.
