Christine O'Toole Barrett
(April 16, 1967 - August 9, 2008)

Christine O'Toole Barrett, 41, passed away August 9, 2008 in Leesburg, Virginia. Mrs. Barrett was born at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland on April 16, 1967.

As a child of a military family, Christine moved frequently and attended numerous elementary schools while her father was on active duty. Christine's early childhood was spent in the Baltimore-Washington area, Naples, Italy and Sierra Vista, Arizona before settling in Herndon, VA in 1981. Christine graduated from Herndon High School in 1985. Upon graduating from Radford University in 1991, Christine worked as a Medical and Marketing Manager for Concentra, in Great Falls, Virginia. Christine used her many artistic talents to make various crafts which she gave to friends and family.

Survivors include her devoted husband Mark Robert Barrett and their twin sons, Robert Stephen Barrett and Ryan Mark Barrett of Leesburg; her mother and father, Stephen Daniel and Adriana Celentano O'Toole and her sister, Stephanie O'Toole Pierson and husband James Pierson of Herndon, Virginia. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins in Italy, Florida and New York.

Family and friends may gather to honor her memory on Friday, August 15, 2008 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Colonial Funeral Home, 201 Edwards Ferry Road NE, Leesburg, Virginia. A funeral mass will be held at Chapel of Immaculate Conception at St. John's the Apostle Catholic Church, corner of Union Street and 231 N. King Street NW, Leesburg, Virginia on Saturday, August 16, 2008 at 11:00 am. Internment following the service will be at Hillsboro Memorial Cemetery.
