Family will receive friends between 11:30 am and 1:00 pm on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2719 Hunter Mill Road, Oakton, Virginia 22124. Services will immediately follow starting at 1:00 pm at the church. Cindy will be laid to rest in the Bountiful Cemetery, Bountiful, Utah.
