Geisheker, Daniel Joseph "D.J." of Plymouth, IN, formerly of Milwaukee, WI, was called to eternal life, on Monday, July 26, 2021. Throughout his long battle with cancer, he approached it with humor, hope, dignity, and trust in Almighty God. His courage and positive spirit was an inspiration to his family, friends, and the many medical professionals who assisted him. He was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church of Plymouth, IN.

Proud and loving father of Heather (Ian) MacGregor, Amelia (Michael) Polcha, and Jean Geisheker.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Agnes"Kay" Kathleen  and William "Bill" Joseph Geisheker, and his brother Richard "Rick" Geisheker.

He is survived by his dear siblings: Mary Alice (John) Becker, William (Marlene) Geisheker, Victoria (Jock) Howland, the late-Richard (Joanne) Geisheker, and Michael (Teresa) Geisheker.

Beloved grandfather of Rory and Liam MacGregor; Mary, Michael Jr., Katarina, Veronica, Giovanna, Stephen, and James Polcha.

Fondly and lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

His good sense of humor, kindness and love, and his happy recounting of his travels and life experiences will never be forgotten by those who knew him. Please pray for the repose of his soul.

There will be a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Canons Regular of the New Jerusalem Catholic Church, 219 South George St., Charlestown, WV  25414.  Interment will follow at St. Peters Cemetery in Harpers Ferry, WV.
