On June 17, 2013 Darlene Stamp passed away in Leesburg, Virginia after a lengthy illness.
Darlene was born on July 19, 1955 in Washington, D.C. to the late Charles Little and Mary Stewart. She was a lifelong resident of the D.C. Metro area.
Darlene was predeceased in infancy by her twin brother, Charles Little; her father, Charles Little; and her beloved brother, David Michael Little.
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Larry Stamp of Benedict, Maryland; her children, Justin Gellerson of Washington, D.C. and Lauren Stamp of Hollywood, Maryland; her devoted mother, Mary Stewart; her siblings John Neff, Sherri Furey (David), Donna Schoenbeck (Vince); and her nieces and nephews, Nick Turner, Timothy Furey (Nichole), Tyler Schoenbeck and Haley Neff.
Darlene lived her life unafraid and with a free spirit. She was a faithful and generous friend, and a devoted and loving wife and mother.
She started this life as a caregiver and protector of her younger siblings and she ends her life the same way – watching over her younger brothers for eternity.
