Eugene Brown passed away on Monday January 2, 2023 at the age of 62. David was born November 2, 1960 to Barbara Jean Erwin and Clinton George Brown, Jr.

David worked for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, just under 40 years.   He had a passion for his work, country, history, geography, travel, exploring, camping, reading, kayaking, canoeing, cooking, teaching/mentoring and most importantly being a Dad, lovingly he provided for his dear wife Rebekah Bowden Brown and his three sons, Jedidiah Nicholas Brown, Angus Ian Brown, and Griffin Alexander Brown.

David is survived by brother, Russell Brown and wife Lynette of Chipley, Florida. Brother-in-Law Howard Griswold Bowden and wife Connie Bowden, Sister-in-Law Dr. Margaret Mcneer Bowden and spouse Stephen Nickodemus, Sister-in-law Dr. Mary Lawrence Bowden and spouse Dr. David Akin, Sister-in-Law Stella Bowden Salyer.

The Celebration of Life will be held on January 14, 2023, with visitation beginning 11:00am, and the service at 12:00pm at Colonial Funeral Home, 201 Edwards Ferry Road in Leesburg, VA 20176.
