David “Dave” T. Krzywicki - a man who was a friend to all - was born on January 13th, 1959 to Phyllis and John Krzywicki of Carteret, New Jersey. He is survived by his wife Patricia, and sons Jonathan and wife Melody, David Jr., and Luke. Dave has 2 brothers John and Eddie and 2 sisters Mary DeVincentz and Catherine Zimmer (deceased).
Dave graduated from Carteret High School in 1977 and served 4 years active duty and 6 years active reserve for the United States Navy. Dave spent most of his career as a quality assurance flight engineer, helping to build satellites and rockets for a number of aerospace companies, with his final years working for Northrop Grumman. After retiring in June 2024 from Northrop Grumman he was employed by Loudoun County Public Schools as a School Bus Driver for which he was nominated for Bus Driver of the Year in 2026. Dave was a member of Ashburn Presbyterian Church where he lead Youth Group, taught Sunday School, did Children's Messages, and enjoyed being a part of the Choir, Men's Ministry, One Starry Night, and Vacation Bible School. Dave was the “Mayor of the Block.” He never hestitated to offer his hand in friendship or to serve where needed. His gift of gab will be missed by all who knew him. As he would always say, “It's all about Faith and Family that gets you through life.” We rejoice that he is in glory with the Lord he loved.
