David Eliezer was born Nov 28, 1925 in Paterson N.J. During WW II, he served in the U.S. Army in the European Theater of Operations.
Upon returning to the U.S., he completed Bachelor's and Master's degrees in mathematics at Lehigh Univ. He worked most of his career at Dahlgren Naval Weapons Lab and moved to Leesburg after retirement. In 2002, he experienced a cardiac arrest
while driving on Catoctin Circle in Leesburg. The volunteers at the nearby Loudoun County Rescue Squad revived him with
defibrillator paddles. He went on to enjoy over 9 more years of a vibrant life. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Teresa; children Ken Eliezer, Elaine Eliezer Supan both of Leesburg, and daughter Jean Richards of Yorktown, VA; sons-in-law Paul Supan of Leesburg and Nic Richards of Yorktown. He was predeceased by his daughter, Loraine. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday Jan 13 at Union Cemetery in Leesburg.
