Deborah Ann Johnston age 63, passed away surrounded by her family on Friday November 12, 2021.

Debby was born February 19,1958 to William Harris Johnston and Joan Johnston of Fairfax, Virginia. Debby retired from Service Source and worked at the EPA in Washington DC until her retirement in early 2021. She had many years of support from Langley Residential Support Services where she was able to live semi-independently. She had numerous roommates, counselors and friends over the last 30 years. Her last home was at Waltonwood memory care in Ashburn where she enjoyed her apartment and all the many activities with her fellow residents and care givers. Debby loved her Lord and savior Jesus Christ, and was always talking about her loved ones who were already in heaven. She often talked about the time when we all would join them "Upstairs". Debby was much loved by all who knew her. She had a wonderful happy personality and was always greeting others like they were old friends. She was a happy soul, and made a great impact on all the lives she touched. Besides spending time with family and friends Debby had a great love of parties, dancing, bowling, scrabble, solitaire, listening to old music from her teenage years, and she was the ultimate Chuck Norris super fan.

Debby loved her family and is survived by her beloved mother Joan, two sisters, Lisa and Susie, and brother Alan. As well as, nieces and nephews Danae and Brice, Chris and Chad, and Morgan and Hannah. She is preceded in death by her dear father Bill.
