Dorothy Jennie (Cic) Byers of the 200 block of Ayrlee Avenue, died July 28, 2008 at home. She was born in Library, Pennsylvania December 15, 1930 to Primo and Cili Cic and lived in Leesburg, VA since 1963. Dorothy was a great home maker, a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband John William Byers; son Keith John Byers and daughter-in-law Barbara of Portsmouth; son Michael Joseph Byers and daughter-in-law Karen of Leesburg; sister Rose Cic of Washington, Pennsylvania; grandchildren Jonathan Killian Byers and granddaughter-in-law Jennifer; Zachary Thomas Byers; Devin Jerome Byers; Kiley Elizabeth Byers and Sarah Delaney Byers; and many nieces and nephews. Dorothy will be remembered for her warm smile and devotion to her family. She was a kind and loving woman who will be dearly missed by all. A memorial service will be held at St. James Episcopal Church, Leesburg, Virginia on August 8, 2008 at 11:00 am with the Reverend Mary Davilla officiating.
