Eddie Spinks born March 26, 1955 went home to be with the Lord Friday July 26, 2019. He passed peaceful surrounded by his wife, children and grandsons at Reston Hospital. He was the son of the late Edward Hulen Spinks and Ruth Bagent Spinks.

He is survived by one brother Arthur Spinks (Ruth Spinks) of Colonial Beach Va. He was proceeded in death by brothers Robert, Jimmy, and Lewis and sister Virginia. He is survived by his wife Norma of 42 years. Daughters Samantha Potter (Ronald Potter) of Martinsburg WV. Sabrina Pena (Oscar Pena) of Leesburg Va. And son Edward Spinks of Paeonian springs Va.

He also leaves behind three grandsons Nathaniel and Liam Potter, and Nicholas Pena. As well as several nieces and nephews.

Services to be held at the Abundant Life Ministries of Hamilton Va. On Monday August 5, 2019.

Viewing will begin at 10 am and conclude at 11 am. Funeral to be held at 11 am. Services will be officiated by Pastor Paul Campbell. Interment will be held at Hillsboro Cemetery at the conclusion of services. Pallbearers will be Jonathan Carter, Ronald Potter, Nathaniel Potter, Oscar Pena, Nicholas Pena, and Lee Grey. Family wishes to extend their heart felt gratitude for the outpouring of love and support during this most difficult time.
