Eileen Dwyer Niemeyer, age 79, of Zephyrhills FL passed away on October 19, 2014. Born on June 13, 1935 in Lucketts, VA to Daisy Mae Dwyer and John Gault Dwyer. She lived her early childhood years at Riverside Farm in Lucketts, VA until her parents moved to Purcellville, VA in 1949. She graduated from Lincoln High School, Lincoln VA.

She was employed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission in Bethesda MD where she was a Procurement Auditor. After retiring from NRC she made her home in Zephyrhills FL. She was a member of St. Elizabeth's Episcopal Church, and was active in her community activities where she organized the annual blood drive.

She is survived by her 2 daughters, Joanne Cecilia Jedlicka (Gary) of Vienna VA, and Judith Eileen Gregor of Middletown DE; Six grandchildren Thomas A Jedlicka, Julianne L Jedlicka, Jacqueline R Gregor, Geoffrey B Gregor, Jennifer N Gregor, and Jonathan G Gregor; two great grandchildren Nicklaus W Allen, and Kyle R Witchey. She is predeceased by her son Robert Thomas Niemeyer Jr.; former spouse Robert T Niemeyer Sr.; her brother Maurice J Dwyer and four sisters, Georgia M Koger, Mary V Donohoe, Cathleen T Dawson, and Helen E Stickman.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, October 23, 2014 between 6:00pm and 8:00pm at the Colonial Funeral Home, 201 Edwards Ferry Rd NE, Leesburg, VA 20176. A graveside service will be held at Union Cemetery in Leesburg VA on Friday, October 24, 2014 at 10:30AM.
