Elaine passed away on June 4, 2020 at the age of 89 after a brief illness. At the time of her death she was a resident of Ashleigh at Lansdowne in Leesburg.  She grew up in Chicago, IL and married her high school sweetheart Arthur E. Taylor, Jr. after his graduation from West Point in 1952.

Art's Army career had them moving 22 times over the course of 30 years. Everywhere she went, she made it home, and she never met a stranger.

Elaine is survived by her daughter, Camille (Gary) Zornjak of Leesburg, VA; her grandchildren, Michael Zornjak of Arlington, VA, Kelly Thomas (Bryan) of Clarksville, TN and Jennifer Zornjak of Chicago, IL; and her great-grandson Levi James Thomas of Clarksville, TN.  She is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends who loved her dearly.

Her funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 15 ^th at 10:00 at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Ashburn, VA.   Internment with her beloved husband of 41 years, Art, will follow at West Point, NY.
