Eleanor Gray Kelley, age 84, died peacefully on Thursday, January 20, 2022, in Alexandria, VA, 9 days before her 85 ^th birthday.  Eleanor was predeceased by her husband -- Bishop James M. Kelley, her parents -- Charles M. & Ina Delong Fox Bess, seven siblings (one brother and six sisters) and a granddaughter -- Faith Victoria Pisani.

Eleanor was born in Ramp, WV, near Hinton.  Her family later moved to Indianapolis, IN, where she met and married James Kelley in 1959.  She and her husband pastored for many years in West Virginia and Virginia.  During her time in Virginia, Eleanor served as Ladies Auxiliary President for the Virginia District, United Pentecostal Church Intl. (UPCI), and traveled with her husband as they ministered globally.  She remained active in ladies' ministries and pastoral counseling for many years.

Survivors include four children -- daughter Jennifer De Falco (Alfred) of Richmond, VA; son Jonathan M. Kelley (Charla) of Warrenton, VA; daughter Crystal D. Kelley (Lori Ramsey) of Arlington, VA; daughter Rachel R. Pisani (Lou) of Leesburg, VA; 7 grandchildren and 4 great granddaughters.

Visitation is open to all on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at: The Capital Community Church, 20430 Ashburn Village Blvd. Ashburn, VA 20147.  Funeral services will begin at 12 noon.  A private interment will be on Thursday, February 3, 2022
