Eugene Joseph Fisher, 68, of Culpeper, Virginia passed away while residing in Heritage Hall in Leesburg, Virginia. Born in San Bernardino, California he is the son of John Martin and Mildred (Brown) Fisher. Mr. Fisher leaves behind to cherish the memories his wife, Elise, his son Eugene Fisher and his sister Dorothy Maricle. Services will be held out of town.
