Obituary

Frances Elizabeth Jordan Applewhite passed away at 102 years old. Better known as Franny, she was born in Montrose, Colorado on August 24, 1913 and passed away in Leesburg, Virginia on December 23, 2015.

She was predeceased by her husband of over seventy years, Miles Gordon Applewhite. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Grant (Larry); son, Grant Applewhite (Cathy); grandchildren, David Grant, Tracey Ertel (Keith), Avery Sawyer; great grandchildren, Lindsay Gelinne (John), Carter Grand (Chelsie), Sean Ertel, Callie Grant, Erin Ertel; great great grandchildren, Ashton Gelinne, Sara Grant and Tyler Gelinne; her sister Patricia Warren; nieces, nephews and many friends.

She was a member of the Westminster Presbyterian Church, Eugene, Oregon, for over forty years.
