Obituary
Leesburg legend, Frank Raflo, passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2009. He and his wife, Frances Atwell Raflo, made their home in Leesburg for many years. Friends and family are invited to the Colonial Funeral Home, 201 Edwards Ferry Rd. NE, Leesburg, VA 20176 on Wednesday, March 18, 2009 between the hours of 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 19, 2009 at Congregation Sha'are Shalom, 19357 Evergreen Mills Road, Leesburg, Virginia 20175.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial donations be sent to the Leesburg Kiawanis, P.O. Box 445, Leesburg, VA 20178 Attention Bob Wright; Leesburg Volunteer Fire Company, P.O. Box 70, Leesburg, VA 20178; or Capital Hospice, 209 Gibson St. NW, Suite 202, Leesburg, VA 20176.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Loudoun Nursing and Rehabilitation and Capital Hospice.
