George G. Daniels, Jr., age 71, of Louisa, Virginia formally a lifetime resident of Loudoun County was called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 15, 2013. He was born on December 22, 1941 in Washington, DC. George was the beloved and devoted husband of Robbie Ann Daniels, loving and devoted Father to
Cheryl A. Rasnake and husband Donnie of Front Royal, Virginia; Loretta L. Morris and husband Ernie of Front Royal, Virginia; and Kathy L. Stickman and husband Aaron of Middletown, Virginia. He is also survived by grandchildren, Tiffany and Emily Rasnake, Stephanie Smith and Aaron and Sara Stickman. He was preceded in death by his father, George G. Daniels, Sr. and granddaughter, Brittani L. Stickman.

George was a lifetime member of the Arcola Pleasant Valley Volunteer Fire Department. He also owned and operated Arcola Plumbing Company for 27 years.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, western movies and most of all, spending time with his family.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 20th from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Colonial Funeral Home located at 201 Edwards Ferry Road, NE in Leesburg, Virginia where funeral services will be held on Monday, October 21st at 11:00 am, with
Reverend Chris Riedel of Arcola United Methodist officiating.

Interment will immediately follow at Stonewall Memory Gardens located at 12004 Lee Highway in Manassas, Virginia.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Emily Couric Clinical Cancer Center located at 1240 Lee Street in Charlottesville, Virginia.
