George Lee Sudduth passed away on November 29, 2008. Mr. Sudduth was a resident of Hamilton, Virginia where he lived with his wife, Mary Virginia "Ginny" Sudduth.

He was born November 28, 1947 in Middleburg, Virginia to the late Richard Harold Sudduth and Florence Ruth (Downs) Sudduth.

Mr. Sudduth was a custodian with the Loudoun County School Board. He was a sportsman and loved hunting. He also was an avid gun enthusiast.

Along with his wife, he is survived by his mother Florence Downs, sisters Edna (and Pete) Fogle and Mary (and Walt) Kirk of Myrtle Beach, SC; brothers Richard Sudduth of Myrtle Beach, SC, Donald (and Linda) Sudduth and Tommy Sudduth both of Leesburg, VA; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his daughter, Sharon Sudduth, brother James Sudduth and father Richard Sudduth.

Family and friends are invited to share the memories during a visitation at Colonial Funeral Home, 201 Edwards Ferry Rd. NE, Leesburg, Virginia on Tuesday, December 2, 2008 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A service will be held at Colonial Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at 1:00 pm with the Reverend Brian Wells officiating.
