Geraldine Palmer of Leesburg, Virginia passed away on February 23, 2011 while staying at INOVA Loudoun Nursing and Rehab. Mrs. Palmer was 86 years old. She made her career as a fashion illustrator. Born in Florida on October 29, 1924, she was the daughter of proud parents Charles and Johanna (Schramm) Plumb. She shared her life with husband Richard.
