Grace Studebaker, of Leesburg, Virginia, passed away peacefully at the home of her son on Wednesday, October 19, 2016. Grace was born on August 9, 1935, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  Grace, the daughter of Lawrence and Lucille McLeod, is survived by her husband Blair Studebaker, loving sons, Greg and Don, and daughter-in-law Maria, all of Leesburg, Virginia, as well as grandsons Nicholas, Timothy and Ryan.  She is also survived by her brother David McLeod and sisters, Virginia Maltby and Diane Traister.

Grace grew up in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania, a suburb of Pittsburgh, and attended Wilkinsburg High School.  On June 16, 1956, she married her high school sweetheart, Blair after he graduated from Penn State.   After traveling and living in several parts of the United States, Grace and Blair settled in Penn Hills, Pennsylvania, near Pittsburgh.  It was there that Grace provided a loving home for Blair and her sons.  Joe Battista, a high school, college and lifelong friend of Don, may have said it best, "Nothing but great memories of your mom! She treated all of us like one of her own."   Grace and Blair recently celebrated their 60 ^th wedding anniversary.

Visitation and a memorial service will be held to celebrate Grace's life beginning at 11:00 AM, Monday, October 24th, at Colonial Funeral Home of Leesburg, Virginia, before moving to Union Cemetery, also in Leesburg.
