Harold Claxton Thomas of Leesburg, Virginia passed away while a resident at Heritage Hall in Leesburg. Mr. Thomas was 86 years old.
A son of George and Clairce (Gay) Thomas, he was born on November 5, 1924 in Lancaster, South Carolina. A veteran, Mr.Thomas proudly served in the United States Marine Corp. He was married to Mildred Ensley Thomas who passed away on December 28, 2008. They were blessed with a son, David Thomas.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2011 starting at 2:00 p.m. in the Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia.
