Virginia passed away on November 17,
2013. A native of New Castle, Pennsylvania,
she was married to the late
Alfred R. Apicelli. After college she
went into the compassionate health care
field, working as a registered nurse. Her
memories will be cherished by the loved
ones she leaves behind. All services are
