Helen Hart Spencer passed away on June 8, 2009. Mrs. Spencer was a resident of Morningside House in Leesburg, Virginia. She was born on September 12, 1922 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to the late Bert and Madge (Allen) Hart.
She was an administrative assistant in the medical field. At the time of her death Mrs. Spencer was 86 years old.
Her daughter, Susan Tully of Potomac Falls, Virginia, is left behind to share the memories of her mother with those around her. Mrs. Spencer was predeceased by her husband William A. Spencer and parents Bert and Madge (Allen) Hart.
All services will be private.
