Helen Rose Sulak, originally of Pennsylvania, passed away on September 25, 2013 while residing at Heritage Hall Nursing and Rehab in Leesburg, Virginia. Helen was 90 years old. She was the daughter of the late John and Bertha Labancz.
Married to John Sulak, (who predeceased her) Helen chose the path of wife, mother, and homemaker.
Helen will be laid to rest in the Kadesh Chapel Cemetery in Beech Bottom, West Virginia.
