Obituary

Jacquelyn Clauder White's sunny disposition was born on June 14, 1954 in Houston, TX. Her mother, Fay Clauder said that she was an easy going baby and child, right from the start. Her Father, Allen was an Assembly of God Minister, so they moved between Texas, Mississippi and Arizona throughout her youth. She loved playing the piano and won the state championship in Piano at the age of 14.

She married John Russell and together they raised 2 beautiful boys, Eric Allen Russell and Nathan Kyle Russell. Later in life, she re-married Dan White. From her sons, she has 5 grandchildren, as well as serving as Grammy Jacque to Dan's 4 grandkids.

She worked in Information Technology management at several large companies, with her professional finale being at NASD as an Assistant Director. With Dan she enjoyed owning race horses and traveling all over the country in their RV.

Her creative brain and kind spirit propelled her to create gifts for friends and family. All the babies in the family were blessed by her crocheted blankets and booties. She painted in oils, watercolor and used computer graphics.

Throughout her life she battled with auto-immune disease, including Lupus and Mixed Connective Tissue Disease. Through all of her struggles, she kept her same sunny attitude. She started a chronic pain support group and website, developing a vast network of friends, that shared her strife. Known as SunE1 to this community; she gave hope, support and comfort to others, despite her own pain.

She was an expert at overcoming the odds and outlived myriad predictions that she would not live much longer. Just when it looked like her life was going dark, she would turn up her sunny attitude and bounce back into the light. This incredible resilience gave her many extra years of being a Wife, Mother and Grandmother. When she finally left this world to be with the angels, she was ready to shed her body, that had become no longer useful. She leaves behind plenty of sun beams in her kids, grandkids and all the gracious gifts she bestowed upon others.
