James Francis Juliano

Retired Commercial Builder and Developer

James Francis Juliano of Leesburg, VA passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at Loudoun Hospital Hospice, Leesburg.

James attended Marshall University in WVA and joined his father's commercial building and development company, Kent Washington in Washington, DC as a construction supervisor responsible for construction of malls and individual retail stores. During this time he also was a member of the Army National Guard.

He branched out to the restaurant business in Alexandria, Falls Church and Fairfax, VA as owner/manager of four successful restaurants. Prior to retirement, he returned to design and construction with a focus on restaurants.

James leaves behind his former wife, Diane Juliano and three children; James Juliano of Leesburg, Gregory Juliano and daughter-in-law Shannon Stake of Leesburg and Jeff Juliano and daughter-in-law Melissa Juliano of Delaware; also three grandchildren, Michael and Sophie Juliano of Leesburg and Nathaniel Juliano of Delaware. Also left behind are cousins and other family members.

A private memorial gathering is to be determined for future date.
