Obituary

James Joseph McCue, born August 30, 1919 to Joseph and Edna McCue, passed away on August 6, 2010. James McCue was born and raised in New York City. He attended public schools and graduated from Brooklyn Textile High School in 1938. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1942. He served as Tank Commander under General Patton in World War II and participated in the Normandy Invasion, the breakout of France and the Battle of The Bulge. He worked for AN Nelson as a mill supply salesman for 30 years. He is survived by his wife, Grace Helen McCue. He has one son, Joseph McCue and daughter-in-law, Deborah, who reside in Leesburg, VA, four grandchildren and four great grandchildren. James McCue will be interred at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
