Jan was the matriarch of our family, creating a circle of strength and love founded on her faith with God. She showed her love in her care for the family, and all those in need. Jan's first loves included her family, friends, cooking, entertaining, as well as travel to include cruising, the beach watching the sunsets, dolphins and waves. She had a passion for all animals and raising many to include our dog BJ, her horse Jewel, and many parakeets. Jan was a collector of P. Buckley Moss, Boyd's Bears, light house figurines and ceramic birds.
Jan lived with great determination and passion for life. Her life was not without many obstacles and challenges, yet she faced them head on, tirelessly and with significantly impressionable outcomes.
Jan touched the lives of many and will forever be in our hearts. With eternal gratitude we wish you peace and rest. We love you~
On behalf of our entire family, we would like to extend our gratitude to the team of caregivers at Heritage Hall Nursing and Rehab, as well as Dr. Anne Solomon with Capital Caring for their dedication and care that they provided Jan for the last months of her life.
