Obituary

Jesse Fenton Loy, 91, a lifelong resident of Lucketts, Virginia passed away June 4, 2008 after a long illness.

He was born December 5, 1916 to the late William Henry Loy and Rosa Belle Shry Loy. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Ruth Costello Loy; son, William Lee Loy; daughters, Margaret Rosa Loy and Barbara Ann Loy and several nieces and nephews.

He played baseball in the Loudoun County League in the 1940's and early 1950's. He was an active farmer and avid gardener all his adult life. He was a founding member of the Lucketts Volunteer Fire Company. He was a member of Faith Chapel Presbyterian Church.

Friends may join the family for a visitation on Sunday, June 8, 2008 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Services will be held on Monday, June 9, 2008 at 11:00 pm. Burial will immediately follow in Union Cemetery, Leesburg, VA.
