Jesse Franklin Loy, Jr. (Petie), 65, of Lucketts, Va passed away on Thursday, October 21, 2010 at home. Born December 14, 1944, the oldest son of Jesse F. Loy, Sr. and Nervy Ann Williams Loy both predeceased. He is survived by two brothers Robert W. Loy and Harold M. Loy both of Lucketts; three nieces; 5 great nieces and numerous relatives. He retired in 2002 from LCSA.

A time of visitation will be held on Monday, October 25, 2010 between the hours of 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. at Colonial Funeral Home, 201 Edwards Ferry Rd. NE, Leesburg, VA 20176. A memorial service is scheduled for Tuesday, October 26, 2010 starting at 1:00 p.m. at the Faith Chapel Presbyterian Church, 14188 Chapel Lane, Leesburg, VA 20176 with Reverend Kevin Powell officiating. Eternal Rest will be at the Furnace Mountain Cemetery. Pall Bearers will be Timmy Barker, Nelson Williams, Ricky Williams, David Morris, Robert Lee Spinks, Kenny Bates and Bill Nestor. Honorary Bearers will be Abie Quesenberry and Junior Quesenberry. Family and friends are invited to gather afterward at Faith Chapel Presbyterian Church.
