On September 15th, 2023 our Dear Mother Jessie Walters Fuller departed for Heaven.

She was born on July 19th, 1936 to David and Nellie Virginia Walters.  As a young girl Jessie helped on the family farm with 8 of her siblings.  She started her career in Washington, DC as a secretary for the Department of Commerce until she met and married Ronald Fuller.  Together they raised the family in Leesburg.  Her next career began with beauty school to become a Cosmetologist.  She opened a shop briefly and went on to teach Cosmetology at Loudoun Valley High School and Monroe Vo-Tech Center until her retirement in the 80's.

During her retirement years she loved to spend time with family, friends & going to the Outer Banks.  Her pastimes were gardening and working crossword puzzles.

Jessie was preceded in death by her mother and father, siblings Ethel, Ivy, Giles, Ollie, David, James & Melvin.

She is survived by her sister Marie, several nieces & nephews, her 2 sons and daughter, Bob, George & Betty along with 6 grandchildren.
