Graveside services were held on on Thursday, December 30, 2010 at 12:00 noon at Quantico National Cemetery. She is survived by 3 children, Richard E. Kissam of Manassas, VA., Kelli K. Lockhart of Harpers Ferry, WV., Chad C. Kissam of Sterling, VA.
