Joyce Coughlin Webb passed away peacefully on June 13, 2025 at Fairfax Hospital.  She was 84 at the time of her death.  She was born on January 28,1941.  She was preceded in death by her husband Willie "Pete" Webb and her father and mother, Bruce and Alice Coughlin.

Joyce was a long time resident of Lucketts, VA.  Throughout the years, she was very active within the community, including writing for the Lucketts newsletter.  Joyce, along with Pete, hosted several annual "pig roasts" at her house.  She enjoyed listening to bluegrass music and would go to live events.

A graveside service was held at Union Cemetery in Leesburg, VA on June 25, 2025.
