Katherine Lazeri beloved mother, wife, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend passed away on Monday February 09.
She was born March 31, 1930 in Milford, Connecticut. She was the eldest daughter of Christo and Viktoria Qesari. She moved to Albania with her family when she was seven years old. Katherine married Kozma Lazeri who predeceased her. They had one daughter and three sons. Katherine was a beautiful and gentle soul. She loved people and cared for everybody.
She was an excellent cook. Always had a smile on her face. She adored her children and loved spoiling her grandchildren.
She will be truly missed by all but she is at peace now and reunited with her husband (Kozma Lazeri) her son (Valter Lazeri) and family in the arms of God.
She is survived by her beloved children Violeta, Vladimir and Sokrat.
Her beautiful grandchildren Sandri, Irma, Aldo, Katie, Dajana, Jessica, Lizzie and Jason.
Her adorable great grandchildren Nickifor, Jaden, Brooklyn and Alessio.
Her loving in laws (son Niqifor, daughters Kelly, Matilda and Irena)
Her brothers and sisters in law, nieces and nephews.

The family is receiving friends between 11:00am and 1:00 pm on Monday, February 16, 2015 at Colonial Funeral Home, 201 Edwards Ferry Road NE, Leesburg, VA 20176 where a service will immediately follow starting at 1:00 pm. Burial to follow in Sterling Cemetery. A reception will take place after the services at the Mediterranean Breeze in Ashburn, Virginia.
