Kenneth Alan Peppers of Leesburg, Virginia passed away on December 6, 2011. He was 59 years old. A native of Tennessee, he was born on June 22, 1952 to parents T.Y. Peppers, Sr. and Ardella (Gent) Peppers. He made his career as a millwright, maintaining and caring for mechanical equipment used in building mills.
