His desire to pursue excellence in his chosen field led him to Ho Polytechnic, where he obtained a Higher National Diploma in automotive engineering in 2000.
Lem met his darling wife Precious at church in Afienya, Ghana in 2003. The young couple got married in December 2006 and relocated to UK shortly thereafter. In 2010, they moved to the US and settled in Virginia. Lem and Precious were blessed with three beautiful children.
In his quest for higher education, Lem enrolled at the University of Derby in the United Kingdom, and enrolled at the University of Derby, graduating in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a minor in Automotive Engineering. Lem began his career as a Service Technician at Mechanical Llyod South Industrial Area (2000- 2002), Accra, Ghana, where he diagnosed, maintained, and repaired automotive systems. He later joined Steadman Media Monitoring located at Asylum down in the latter part of 2002 to early 2004 as a Media Monitor/Data Entry Clerk. Beyond his career, Lem was known for his humility, affable strength, and generosity. He was a
man of integrity, deeply committed to his family and friends, and always willing to lend a
helping hand. He valued his Ghanaian heritage and remained closely connected to his roots, no
matter where his professional path took him.
