On Tuesday, September 27, 2016, Lillian W. Horsman passed away. She was 94 years old. Previously a resident of Loudoun County, Virginia, Lillian lived in Bealeton, Virginia. Born March 15, 1922 in Virginia, Lillian was the daughter of Fred and Nellie (Kirkpatrick) Rollins. She was married to James William Horsman, who predeceased her. In her earlier years Lillian had worked as a secretary at the Interstate Commerce Commission. Those she leaves to cherish her memories include her sister Nancy L. Hatmaker, her niece Deborah K. Shomaker, and a host of other family and friends. A graveside service is scheduled for Friday, September 30, 2016 starting at 1:00 pm in Union Cemetery, Leesburg, Virginia.
